Delivery

For all delivery only stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within 4 working days. Not all products shown on the website are held in stock or can be sent via courier ie desktops and therefore the delivery time of these goods may vary. We will keep you updated regularly with estimated delivery times on these goods. Delivery charges below are for UK mainland only orders.

All orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup) are charged at £15 + VAT per order

Returns

We offer a two week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at contact@ergonest.co.uk we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item would be available on this two weeks return period.

Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, carriage paid with the returns note enclosed.

If you are returning an item due to a fault or damage then please contact us and we will arrange for the collection of the item(s).
