SECTION 2 - DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS & CANCELLATION RIGHTS

2.1 Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This is known as your "cooling-off period".

The 14-day cancellation period begins:

  • For goods: The day after you (or a third party you nominate) receives the goods
  • For services: The day after the contract is concluded
  • For multiple goods in one order delivered separately: The day after you receive the last item

2.2 Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer)
  • We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or evidence that you have sent the goods back (whichever is earliest)
  • We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund

You must:

  • Send the goods back to us, this will be specified via email after each review.
  • Return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you notify us of cancellation
  • Bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to cover these costs
  • Return the goods in their original condition (see Section 2.3)

2.3 Condition of Returned Goods

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can handle the goods as you would in a shop, but you must take reasonable care of them.

If goods are returned damaged, excessively used, or not in their original condition, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect this diminished value.

2.4 Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

You do not have the right to cancel in the following circumstances:

  • Goods that are personalised, customised, or made to your specifications
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, once unsealed after delivery
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines
  • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right to cancel

2.5 Services Performed During the Cancellation Period

If you request that services begin during the 14-day cancellation period, you must pay for the value of services provided up to the point you cancel. If you cancel after service is fully performed, you will not be entitled to a refund.

If you are a business user, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
