RH Activ 200 is an entry level chair which is ergonomically designed through and through, as well as being exceptionally flexible and easy to use. It is ideal for use at high workstations or for industrial use. Choose between four combinations with two different backrest and seat sizes. Delivery

For delivery-only stock orders, our goal is to deliver the goods within 4 working days. However, not all products featured on the website are stocked or can be shipped via courier, such as desktops. Therefore, the delivery time for these items may vary. We'll keep you regularly updated with estimated delivery times for such goods.

Delivery charges listed apply to orders within the UK mainland. For other destinations, please contact us for a quote or proceed to checkout and enter your delivery information. When ordering accessories separately, there's a delivery charge of £5 + VAT per delivery, applicable only to internet orders. For orders including a boxed chair or desk (No Setup), the charge is £15 + VAT per order

Returns

We offer a two-week trial period for most of our products, starting from the day you receive them. Some exclusions apply, such as software and headsets. If you'd like to return an item, simply email us at contact@ergonest.co.uk, and we'll provide a returns note and number. Upon receiving the returned items, we'll issue a full refund, excluding any outward delivery charges. If you're unsure whether your item falls within this two-week return period, please reach out to us.

To qualify for a refund, goods and packaging must be returned in their original condition during business hours, with carriage paid and the returns note enclosed.

For items being returned due to faults or damage, please contact us, and we'll arrange for the collection of the item(s).
