The StepSync is available in two heights specifically calculated around the most common fixed desk height of 29.5" (75cm). Choose 2.8" if you're between 5'7" and 6'7", or 4.7" if you're between 5'0" and 5'7" — so your feet land flat, your knees sit at the right angle, and your lower back stays supported from the ground up.

2.8" Height Designed for users 5'7"–6'7" (170–200cm). Provides the ideal foot-to-thigh angle at standard desk heights.

4.7" Height Designed for users 5'0"–5'7" (153–169cm). Eliminates the "dangling feet" problem that causes hip and lower back fatigue.
