Order Processing Time

Order processing time is the period between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands it over to the delivery service. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays. During such instances, we take measures to minimize shipment delays.

Returns

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your WalkingPad, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that due to the size and weight of our products, we do not offer refunds for any shipping or delivery charges in the following cases:

• Accidental order
• Better price available
• No reason given
• No longer needed or wanted
• Not compatible or not useful for intended purpose
• Ordered wrong style/size/color
• Damaged by the customer

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Contact@ergonest.co.uk. The return of products from the UK warehouse requires an appointment for a doorstep pickup, so please make sure to contact us.

You will be required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, our After Sales Team will provide you with return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days if it meets our return criteria.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund (if applicable) will be given if the following conditions are met:

• The product is not in its original condition, with damage or missing parts not caused by us.
• The product is returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Any accessories order (including Treadmill Mats, Detachable Handrail, Power Plug, Remote Control, Safety Key).

Process of Return

If you return the product within 30 days of the delivery date, please email EU.contact@walkingpad.com with your order number or other contact information provided when submitting the order.

Based on the provided details, our team will confirm your return. Additional information, such as package and equipment images, may be requested. Before issuing the return label via email, we will confirm any return charges that must be paid.

We will notify you via email once we've received and inspected your return, indicating whether it has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 3-5 business days after the returned parcel is delivered to the return center.

Delay or Loss of Refund

If you have not received your refund, please:

1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@ergonest.co.uk.

Exchange

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email contact@ergonest.co.uk and ship your product to our local warehouse.

Return Shipping Methods

There are two ways to return your product to us:

1. Shipping By Yourself: Send the product to our nearest warehouse. Contact our customer service team for the warehouse address based on your location.
2. Pre-paid Return Label: We can provide a pre-paid return label, with a return shipping fee of £20 or more for models Z1, C1, P1, C2, and A1 Pro 230lbs, and £40 or more for models A1 Pro 300lbs, X21, R1 Pro, and R2, depending on your location.

The delivery time of replacement goods may vary depending on your residential address.

We recommend using a traceable shipping provider or obtaining transportation insurance for returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Warranty

Customers are covered by a one-year guarantee from WalkingPad. We provide complimentary returns and repairs within 30 days from the delivery date. If the product is returned within the warranty period but more than 30 days after delivery, the customer can ship the product to our maintenance centre at their expense, and we will repair and return the product free of charge
