Delivery

For all delivery only stock orders, we aim to deliver the goods within 4 working days. Delivery charges below are for UK mainland only orders. For all other destinations please contact us for a quote or proceed to the checkout and enter your delivery information.

Returns

We offer a two-week trial period on most products (excluding items such as software and headsets) starting from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item, email us at contact@ergonest.co.uk to receive a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a full refund, excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies for the two-week return period.

Goods and packaging must be in their original condition and returned within business hours, with carriage paid and the returns note enclosed.
