Delivery Information

Returns
We offer a two week trial period on the majority of products (exclusions do apply ie Software, Headsets etc) which starts from the day you receive your item(s). If you wish to return an item then simply email us at contact@ergonest.co.uk so we can provide a returns note and number. Upon receipt of the returned items we will issue a full refund excluding any outward delivery charges.
